WHAT COLOR IS WINDOW WONDERLAND™?
Window Wonderland™ projector and stand are black. There’s a silver focus ring around the lens and the project name is printed in silver on the side of the projector.
HOW DO I ATTACH THE REAR-PROJECTION SCREEN TO MY WINDOW?
Attach the rear projection screen to your window using adhesive strips (included). Alternatively, you can use heavy tape to attach the screen to your window.
HELP! MY REAR PROJECTION SCREEN RIPPED. WHERE CAN I GET A
REPLACEMENT SCREEN?
If you need to replace your screen for whatever reason (too small for your windows, screen ripped, cat clawed it, etc.) you can use a white shower liner. The white shower liner can be purchased at just about any store (even dollar stores). Window Wonderland™ does not
have an official replacement screen yet.
CAN THE LIGHT BULB IN THE PROJECTOR BE REPLACED?
The bulb is unable to be changed at this time.
CAN WINDOW WONDERLAND™ BE USED ON MULTIPLE WINDOWS AT ONCE?
Window Wonderland™ is intended to decorate one window at a time. If you try to use Window Wonderland™ on multiple windows, like a bay window, the window frame will obstruct the movie.
CAN THE BRIGHTNESS BE ADJUSTED?
While there is no way to adjust Window Wonderland™’s brightness using a knob or button, there are a few steps you can take to ensure you get the brightest picture possible. Any exterior lights, like street lights, car headlights, porch lights, and landscaping lights, will cause Window Wonderland to appear dimmer. Turning off porch or landscaping lights will help. Turning off the interior light where Window Wonderland™ is playing will also make the movies brighter and more vibrant.
WILL WINDOW WONDERLAND™ PLAY ON WINDOWS WITH SOLAR SCREENS?
The solar screen will prevent the movie from being seen on the exterior of your home. If you put the rear projection screen over the solar screen inside, the solar screen will dim out the movie. It is not advised to use Window Wonderland™ on top of a solar screen.
MY MOVIE IS A LITTLE BLURRY. IS THERE A WAY THAT IT CAN BE ADJUSTED?
Yes. The silver ring around the lens can be twisted left or right to adjust the focus a little bit. Turning the ring to the right so the ring is not flush with the projection base sharpens the picture.

CAN ADDITIONAL MOVIES BE PURCHASED AND LOADED ONTO WINDOWWONDERLAND™?
Additional movies cannot be loaded onto Window Wonderland™. However, you can upgrade your Window Wonderland™ to the deluxe model and receive 6 more movies (3 Christmas, 3 Halloween).
HOW LONG IS EACH MOVIE?
Each movie plays for approximately 16-seconds, then starts from the beginning again.
DOES WINDOW WONDERLAND™ CYCLE THROUGH ALL THE MOVIES?
Window Wonderland™ plays one movie at time. It does not cycle through the movies, nor is there an auto play feature.
HOW DO I SELECT A MOVIE?
If you want a Christmas movie, press the green button with the Santa image on it. Continue to press to cycle through the Christmas movies, and stop on the one you want to play. To select a Halloween movie, follow this process but press the orange button with the Jack-o-lantern printed on it.
I SEE AN AUDIO JACK. HOW DO I PLAY SOUND? IS IT BLUETOOTH READY?
To play sound, plug your external speakers into the audio jack. Speakers are not included with Window Wonderland™ and need to be purchased separately. If you would like to use Bluetooth speakers with Window Wonderland, you need to purchase a Bluetooth receiver that plugs into the audio jack (sold separately). Window Wonderland™ is not Bluetooth-ready.
THE REAR PROJECTION SCREEN IS REALLY WRINKLED AND WON’T DISPLAY THEMOVIES RIGHT. WHAT CAN I DO TO GET THE WRINKLES OUT?
Remove wrinkles and creases from your rear projection screen simply by using a hair dryer on a low heat setting. Direct the warm air from the hairdryer over the creases of the rear projection screen. As you’re dispersing the heat, gently pull the screen so it’s taunt, pulling any wrinkles or creases flat.
THE INCLUDED STAND ISN’T HIGH ENOUGH FOR ME TO PROJECT THE MOVIES ONMY WINDOW STRAIGHT. WHAT CAN I DO?
Window Wonderland™ can be attached to any standard size tripod (sold separately).
